What: These questions help you to think about details and name specific needs so you can prepare.

How: This group will make you slow down and problem-solve to start developing a plan and break it into actionable steps.

When: The best plans are time-bound! These questions help you to think through your schedule and set aside time to get your needs met.

Who: Identify specific people who can support you throughout the year so you know where to go for help before you are in a situation where you need it!
